Why should I renew my membership?

In addition to continued access to our state-of-the-art fitness, gym, aquatics, and program facilities, all annual members who renew in 2026 will be eligible for free annual membership drawings in 2027!

Where can I renew my membership?

Membership renewals are available through the app, online on RecTrac, or in-person at The Well’s Guest Services desk.

How do I know when my annual membership expires?

To find out when an annual membership expires, sign into your RecTrac account online and click on your name/profile number. Select My History. Under Description, find your membership and reference the date range.

If I renew early, will it change my renewal date or shorten my current annual membership?

No, renewing early will not shorten your current membership or change your renewal date. Your new annual membership will begin when your current membership expires.

How do I complete a renewal online on RecTrac?

How to Renew Your Membership Online

  1. Log in to your account from the RecTrac home page.
  2. Click Browse.
  3. Select Membership Renewal.
  4. Choose the membership you would like to renew.
  5. Complete the required information and follow the prompts.
  6. Review your selections and proceed to Checkout to complete your renewal.
Are membership rates increasing?

No, membership rates remain the same for 2027.

Will my annual membership automatically renew?

No. Annual memberships do not automatically renew. When your current annual membership expires, you will need to renew your membership online or with Guest Services.

A payment method will not be kept on file for annual membership renewals.
