Hilliard’s Station Park, featuring splash fountains, outdoor café tables, an amphitheater, and public restrooms, is an ideal location for private and community events. Rental fees include five round tables and 40 chairs.

The building is not equipped with running water, a sink, refrigerator, freezer, or air conditioning, though the glass garage-style doors can be opened. The park remains open to the public during building rentals, and City staff are not responsible for restricting access to the event space.

Rental registration opens alongside program registration each season. To view availability, pricing, and other details, please browse spaces under Facility Search in RecTrac once registration opens. All rental reservations must be submitted online through RecTrac.

Rentals require a two-hour minimum and are available on weekends only, generally from the third week of May through the second week of August. The online reservation system reflects the most accurate and up-to-date availability.

Facility rentals include use of the reserved rental space only and do not guarantee access to the splash pad. The splash pad may close at any time due to maintenance, repairs, weather, or operational needs. Refunds will not be issued if the splash pad is not operating during the time of your rental.
