Hilliard’s Summer Rec Camp offers a variety of fun, educational programs for ages 6-15 at multiple locations.
Information about Rec Camp 2027 registration and programming will be posted by the first week of December 2026.
While Rec Camp is not an adapted camp, Hilliard Recreation and Parks Department is committed to providing inclusive, welcoming camp experiences for children of all abilities. All campers are expected to follow the behavior expectations and camp rules to help create a safe, positive and respectful experience for all camp participants and staff.
If your child is on an IEP, 504, or behavioral intervention plan (BIP) at school, the parent/ guardian must submit the Inquiry of needs Form by Jan. 4, 2027, before camp registration begins on Jan. 27 to discuss an accommodations support plan for your child. This must be completed every camp season.
All camp payments must be made online. You may choose to pay in full at the time of registration or select a three-installment payment plan.

Please Note: If you choose installment billing, ensure that the payment method saved to your account is accurate and up to date to avoid failed payments. Any bounced or declined installment payments may result in unenrollment from camp.
The three installments are scheduled as follows:
No refunds will be granted after March 15 and any refunds processed prior to March 15 will incur a $75 processing fee.
